Nice to Have * Experience in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment. * Experience with union or collective bargaining agreement configurations. * Experience working in Human Resources or Payroll and with key U.S. regulations * Familiarity with reporting and automation tools such as Power BI or Power Automate. * Interest in current HRIS trends, product capabilities, user groups, or other professional development channels. This remote role requires occasional travel to company sites and reports to the Manager, HRIS. The position is intended to attract experienced HRIS talent; final title/level may be aligned to the selected candidate's demonstrated qualifications and experience. In this role, you will help manage, improve, and support key HR systems while partnering with HR, Payroll, Operations, and governance teams to deliver an efficient, accurate, compliant, and user-friendly experience.
