## About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master with a blend of Scrum Master, Project Management, and Product Owner experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure Agile best practices are followed. Required Skills

 * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification
 * Experience working with or supporting Product Owner responsibilities
 * Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
 * Experience leading cross-functional software development teams
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and drive project execution
