You will work directly with leadership, program managers, and engineering teams to embed on agile principles at every level-from team-level ceremonies to portfolio-level planning. This is a hands-on coaching role with real organizational influence at a defense focused AI and agility company on an upward trajectory. Location & Clearance Location: Colorado Springs, CO. On-site presence required at customer and company facilities in the Colorado Springs area. Hybrid flexibility may be available based on program requirements. Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance is required at the time of hire. TS/SCI eligibility is strongly preferred. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Note: Candidates without an active TS clearance will not be considered. Clearance sponsorship is not available for this position.
