## Description

* Develop and maintain logical and physical data models supporting enterprise data needs

 * Design and implement relational and NoSQL database solutions across on-premise and cloud environments

 * Lead data migrations, conversions, and performance optimization efforts

 * Diagnosing and resolving complex data processing and integration issues

 * Oversee testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data systems

 * Ensure adherence to data quality, security, and compliance standards

 * Lead complex projects, delegate tasks, and review technical deliverables

 * Mentor and coach team members and contribute to departmental planning and operational goals
