The Technology Specialist will troubleshoot, repair and upgrade desktop/laptop computer systems and assist users on-site as well as travel to other locations. They will be responsible for developing, writing and updating procedures. The Technology Specialist will apply knowledge of computer software and hardware to resolve user Issues.
