Ability to effectively instruct senior learners on basic computer use and online programs using PC platforms or other personal computing devices. * Bilingual and bi-literate in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), Russian, or Spanish is preferred. * Must be available to work at least three days a week. * Must be self-motivated, patient, detail-oriented, and able to follow through. * Must be able to travel via public transportation or personal/department vehicle to perform job duties.
