## Description

Concordant LLC is seeking a highly experienced Mainframe Programmer with deep expertise in COBOL development, IDMS databases, and enterprise application support. This role will support critical production systems, software enhancements, maintenance activities, testing efforts, and operational support for a large-scale enterprise environment., * Analyze, develop, modify, and maintain complex mainframe applications.

 * Design and implement coding changes using COBOL, CA-ADS, and IDMS databases.
 * Review technical specifications and translate requirements into functional solutions.
 * Perform debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.
 * Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing efforts.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
 * Collaborate with developers, testers, business stakeholders, and operations personnel.
 * Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule.
 * Document system changes and technical solutions.
