## Description

The Product Lead (Oracle Fusion SME) will oversee and drive the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion solutions within the professional services sector. This temporary role is ideal for someone with a strong technology background and a passion for delivering impactful results in McLean.

 * Evaluate functional and technical design decisions to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
 * Collaborate with State leadership, teams, and implementation partners.
 * Review solution architecture, integrations, configurations, and deployment approaches.
 * Provide recommendations to improve project outcomes, governance, and adoption.
 * Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
 * Support executive decision-making through clear communication and strategic guidance.
