EXPERIENCE Previous experience in business analysis, data analysis or systems analysis preferred. Previous experience with data management and analysis tools including but not limited to MS Access, SAS, R, S+, SQL, or Cognos preferred. Excel Expert certification preferred Power BI Certification desirable Previous Workday experience desirable This position is Flex requiring 3 days in office (Wednesday) being required. Incumbent provides analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and/or external data sources to support business decisions. Supports compensation cycles (e.g., merit, bonus) by preparing data files, validating inputs, and assisting with system configuration. Performs and audits compensation-related transactions in Workday, including job changes, pay adjustments, and organizational updates.
