You'll work directly alongside our Marketing Director - who brings significant WordPress, web development, and creative design experience of their own - as the other half of a small, high-output team. The goal is a complementary pairing: two people who know the work, dividing and reinforcing each other across web and creative rather than duplicating effort. To be clear, this is a hands-on individual-contributor role, not a management position. But in a team this lean, the quality of your work is highly visible - strong results don't get lost in the shuffle, and they don't go unnoticed. If you like wearing both the developer hat and the designer hat - and don't want to be boxed into just one - this is built for you.
