* Proficient Data Entry and Typing skills
 * 2-3+ years of IT database experience
 * Experience with QuickBase is essential
 * Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
 * Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
 * Exceptional communication skills
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills
 * Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Bilingual preferred
 * Workers' Compensation / Med-legal experience preferred
 * Good Attendance

## Description

Immediate opening for an IT Database Coordinator in Redlands, CA who possesses:

 * 2-3+ years of strong IT experience focused on database building and
 * maintenance
 * Must have QuickBase experience
 * Strong data entry skills

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

 * Assist with building and maintaining Quickbase
 * Be the point of contact for Quickbase questions and items needed
 * Coordinator projects with IT Manager
 * Update and maintain databases accordingly
 * Help with IT support
 * Cross train for multiple positions in order to gain knowledge to support technical needs
 * Assist in implementation and monitoring of programs as directed by management
 * Generate memos, emails, training materials and reports when appropriate
 * Respond to inquiries from managers and staff and outside parties in a manner that reflects positively on the Systems and Tech department, the managers and the company as a whole
 * Acknowledge visitors and assist or inform the appropriate staff member that a visitor requires their assistance
