In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure and hardware in the field. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll interact with executive-level clients daily., * Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or related field, and/or 8+ years of hands-on break-fix experience with laptops and desktops. * Broad technical knowledge spanning hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and security. * Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration. * Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Servers * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work quickly and autonomously under pressure, with attention to detail and confidentiality. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation for onsite visits and adequate auto insurance. * Ability to lift heavy equipment * Ability to work after-hours and/or weekends, as needed., * Do you have experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Servers? * Do you have experience installing and configuring hardware, software, and peripherals across network infrastructure? * Do you have proficiency with Office 365 administration? * Will you submit to a criminal background check as part of the hiring process?
