Preferred Skills: * Prior experience working at a technology service provider. * Experience with ticketing systems and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise). * Experience using RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools. We are a small entrepreneurial company, known as an innovator in the field of hybrid IT and cloud-based services. This role involves managing IT infrastructure for our clients, across varied environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.
