* 3+ years of IT project or PMO experience
 * Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
 * Experience with Power BI or Tableau
 * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK
 * Experience with project reporting, budgeting, and portfolio management
 * Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred:

 * Experience with Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow ITBM, Smartsheet, or MS Project Online
 * CAPM, PMP, or other PM certification is a plus
