* Aufbau und Betrieb der WAN Komponenten in komplexen Umgebungen
 * Monitoring mittels zentraler Management-Tools und Störungsbehebung im Incident Prozess
 * Fehleranalyse im Problemmanagement
 * Durchführung von Konfigurationsarbeiten zur Netzwerkoptimierung in komplexen Netzstrukturen
 * Steuerung komplexer Prozesse und Umsetzung gehobener operativer Tätigkeiten
 * Mitwirkung in der WAN Serviceentwicklung, sowie in Projekten und Rollouts
 * Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
