In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure while providing exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, takes a proactive approach to maintaining secure and reliable systems, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our technology supports business operations with minimal downtime.
