This role is responsible for defining reliability strategies, driving qualification programs, and ensuring robust, long-term performance of products across diverse applications. The ideal candidate is a subject-matter expert in optoelectronic device reliability with a strong understanding of physics-of-failure, industry standard, and advanced failure analysis techniques, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle., * Define and lead reliability and qualification strategies for optoelectronic devices (including laser diodes and photodetectors) from development through production. * Generate and approve qualification plans in accordance with JEDEC, Telcordia, MIL-STD, GR-468, and customer-specific requirements. * Apply physics-of-failure principles to assess and mitigate reliability risks in III-V optoelectronic materials and devices.
