## About the Role

* Be able to do the job as described
 * Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software independently
 * Experience with POS systems (Xstore preferred), UAT testing, SQL, and PowerShell
 * Willing to travel and work flexible or on-call hours as needed (Limited)
 * Retail experience and familiarity with PCI compliance are a plus
 * Legally authorized to work in the United States

## Description

* Play a hands-on role in delivering technology that impacts stores across three regions
 * Build expertise in QA testing, POS systems, and network administration
 * Work closely with developers and business teams who value your input
 * Grow your skills in scripting and automation to streamline daily operations, * Preparing and executing test plans, scripts, and QA/UAT/regression testing
 * Diagnosing and documenting software and hardware issues
 * Staging POS registers, servers, workstations, and tablets
 * Joining systems to a domain and supporting AD and local users
 * Providing Level 2 support for escalated issues across retail teams
 * Creating scripts to automate routine processes
