## About the Role

* Previous experience in Cash Applications or Accounts Receivable
 * Comfortable handling ACH transactions and billing functions
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Solid Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, reports)
 * Experience with Quickbooks Online , Intuit Enterprise Suite or other ERP systems is a plus
 * Organized, dependable, and a strong communicator
 * Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience (5+ years in accounts receivable, cash applications, or a related field).

## Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing and applying incoming payments, keeping financial records clean and accurate, and supporting our broader accounting operations. If you're organized, detail-focused, and enjoy solving small financial puzzles, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Apply customer payments (lockbox, wire, ACH) accurately and efficiently
 * Work with Accounting and Collections to resolve payment discrepancies
 * Maintain clear and organized documentation for all payment activity
 * Support month-end close and account reconciliations
 * Apply credit memos and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash receipts
 * Process customer refunds in line with internal procedures
 * Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts
 * Use Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Online or Intuit Enterprise Suite for daily cash applications and billing functions
