Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participates in the full development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system operations., * Configure ERP systems or corporate applications based on business requirements to support technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes. * Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Assist in disaster recovery planning and upgrade support. * Analyze data and create reports to support operational and strategic decisions. * Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements. * Develops, plans and executes thorough and complete test scenarios and plans. * Collaborate with functional teams and provide technical guidance on processes., Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
