## About the Role

* 2 years of IT support experience.
 * Previous MSP experience strongly preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory.
 * Experience with business networking, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless.
 * Excellent troubleshooting skills.
 * Strong written and verbal communication.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
 * Self-motivated with a desire to continually learn.

Bonus Experience

 * Microsoft Azure or Azure Virtual Desktop
 * Hyper-V or VMware

## Description

Branch Technologies is a growing Managed IT Services Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Charleston area. We're looking for a Systems Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is not an entry-level help desk position. We're looking for someone who can independently troubleshoot complex technical issues while knowing when to collaborate with the team.

What You'll Do

 * Resolve Tier 2 support requests for Windows workstations, servers, Microsoft 365, networking, and business applications.
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
 * Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file permissions.
 * Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and business networking equipment.
 * Deploy new computers and servers.
 * Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations and infrastructure projects.
 * Document solutions and improve internal processes.
 * Mentor Level 1 technicians and assist with escalated issues.
 * Deliver outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication.
