Does not hand off a half-solved issue and hope. * Available when it matters Most work is standard hours, but willing to work nights, early mornings, or weekends when a cutover or outage calls for it. * Desire to learn Actively wants to grow, chase down the unknown, and take on technology not touched yet. That hunger matters more than knowing everything today. * Dependable vehicle Reliable transportation. Client sites are spread across the region and you need to get there, on time, in any weather * Minimum 2-5 years' experience in the associated job duties and essential functions * Excellent communication and listening skills are required * Excellent analytical skills, with ability to build and convey business insight through data and reporting * Solid understanding IT infrastructure and hardware * Must be willing to support customers after-hours as needed * Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure, in a quickly changing environment * Ability to travel locally to customers (within ~2 hour radius typically) about 20-50% of the time * Engineering software exposure: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, Civil 3D, Fusion 360, MicroStation, Creo, CATIA, NX, SketchUp. * Dental software and medical terminology: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, DTX Studio, Dexis, Carestream, Sidexis, 3Shape, Vatech, J. You work to integrate with the client and become their IT department, part of their staff as much as you are part of ours. * Be the representation of the M2 Technology team inside the client environment.
