* Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
 * BA degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
 * 2+ years of desktop support experience
 * Proficiency with Windows, linux, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and VMware
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Customer service-oriented with ability to multitask
 * Mechanical skills for hardware repair (preferred)
 * Experience with multi-platform

## Description

* Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
 * Manage helpdesk tickets
 * Ensure timely issue resolution and deliver excellent customer service to both local and remote employees
 * Install and configure operating systems and software
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
 * Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
 * Communicate effectively with users on issues status.
 * Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets
 * Support user accounts and system access
 * Ensure compliance with security policies and software updates.
