You ship things. * You have hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini, or similar * You can build with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, and are comfortable with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, or similar * You have experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, and workflow automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate * You can build practical internal tools using React, Next.js, Retool, Streamlit, or similar when needed * You have worked in or around an MSP, IT services, SaaS, service business, or technology company - you understand operational realities * You are a clear communicator who can explain complex tools to non-technical stakeholders without condescension * You work with urgency.
