 * Solid understanding of middleware, messaging concepts, and containerization.
 * Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems.
 * Experience with monitoring tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
 * Strong collaboration and communication skills.
