 * Familiarity with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to have

 * Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
 * Knowledge of DevOps practices.
 * Understanding of financial systems and cryptocurrencies.
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies.
 * Previous experience in a startup environment.
