## About the Role

+ Shall have three years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.

 + Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.

 + Must be able to demonstrate expertise in being proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.

 + Superior verbal and written communication skills.

 + Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.

 + TS/SCI security clearance required

Education:

 + Bachelor's degree in related field

## Description

The Scrum Master will utilize Agile Scrum principles to ensure work progresses on schedule and achieves the goals of the organization.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 + Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Standups and Retrospectives.

 + Facilitate discussions between the Product Owners, scrum teams, and other stakeholders.

 + Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.

 + Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.

 + Track JIRA tickets statuses, upcoming release candidates.

 + Guide teams in Agile methodology processes.

 + Track and report team metrics and velocity.
