## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will serve as a resource for technical support and service of the company products. Coordinate and support service and installation of products in the US and internationally while providing exceptional customer support., * Must develop and maintain a proficient knowledge of products sold by the company for the purpose of technical support, calibrations and repairs. This includes electronic, mechanical and pneumatic operations as well as integrated systems.

 * Write quotes and proposals with detailed reports and step by step analysis for customer instruments.
 * Maintain tools parts and inventory
 * Collaborate with other technicians or managers to help resolve difficult repairs
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and other web based products
