The contractor partners directly with the Director of Operations and plays a key role in researching community need, navigating licensing requirements, coordinating conversations with key stakeholders, and helping shape what a future childcare program could look like. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up-someone who can hold ambiguity, gather and synthesize information, and move work forward with clarity and follow-through. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take ownership of a project that is still evolving. This contract will manage shifting priorities and open-ended questions, and requires someone who can bring both structure and flexibility as the initiative takes shape. As UnbridledACTS continues to explore and develop a potential childcare center in Cañon City, the contractor will serve as primary support for early-stage program development.
