## Description

* Work closely with the product team to understand the requirements and goals of each project.
 * Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into the needs and behaviors of target audiences.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
 * Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and adhere to industry standards for accessibility and user experience.
 * Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be properly implemented.
 * Continuously refine and improve the design process to increase efficiency and quality.
 * Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.
