## Description

Jampack AI is building an AI-native operating platform for wholesale CPG operations, automating the full order-to-cash lifecycle from purchase order ingestion through freight coordination, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.

Market traction:

 * Processing $500M+ annualized wholesale volume
 * Live production platform with real customers including Fishwife, Immi, Ghia, Path Water, and Sanzo
 * $3.2M seed funding led by Maveron (co-founded by Howard Schultz) with Timber Grove Ventures participation
 * Co-founder scaled a CPG company from $0 to $40M in 18 months; CTO has prior engineering leadership at scale

About the Role

This is a true founding engineering ownership role. This is not feature factory full-stack work. This is not low-stakes product engineering. This is mission-critical infrastructure ownership where downtime directly impacts shipments and customer revenue.

The stated moat is not the model - it is the infrastructure scaffolding around real-world AI workflows. Core ownership includes:

 * Customer-facing product ownership from concept to production
 * Direct customer conversations and solution design
 * Event-driven AI workflow infrastructure and internal/external APIs
 * ERP, 3PL, retailer, and freight partner integrations
 * Real-time operator console development
 * Sync-layer reliability engineering, observability, SLO design, and on-call ownership
 * Backend, frontend, data, and AI workflow engineering
