## Description

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for international projects. This is a fully remote role for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, keyword research, conversion tracking, campaign testing, budget management, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while providing clear updates and practical recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities

 - Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns

 - Manage Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns when needed

 - Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience analysis

 - Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality

 - Set up, review, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

 - Test ad copy, landing pages, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structures

 - Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets based on results

 - Prepare weekly reports with insights, results, and next-step recommendations

 - Communicate professionally with the internal team
