## Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our dental practice. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to manage administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment., Patient Care & Communication:

 * Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
 * Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
 * Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
 * Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
 * Provide information regarding treatments, policies, and payment options

Administrative Duties:

 * Maintain and update patient records accurately
 * Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits
 * Process payments (cash, credit card, financing options)
 * Submit and track insurance claims
 * Manage billing and follow up on outstanding balances
 * Maintain organized digital and physical files

Office Coordination:

 * Coordinate daily schedules with the clinical team
 * Optimize appointment flow to minimize wait times
 * Communicate important patient information to dental staff
 * Order and maintain front office supplies as needed
