Additional Considerations * Certifications in Microsoft products preferred but not required. * Understanding Microsoft 365 tenant administration, cloud architecture, Azure AD integration, and security roles is helpful. A valid Driver's License is required to operate a state vehicle or if operating a personal vehicle while conducting business on behalf of the agency. ## Description Support and maintain the agency's SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform environments: * Assist users with content authoring, site configuration, and best practices for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools. * Support user adoption and respond to questions related to SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. * Configure modern SharePoint sites using site templates, site designs, branding elements, web parts, lists/libraries, and content types. * Support governance activities, including content lifecycle, retention, permissions standards, and information architecture improvement. Develop IT solutions to solve DCR business problems: * Work directly with agency staff to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. * Design and build solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. * Maintain and support file transfer programs and data exchange interfaces with external partners.
