We are looking for someone who would be interacting with our clients and team members in a friendly and courteous manner., * Based in California * Home internet connection speed of at least 800mbps download and 35mbps upload * Able to navigate and manage Microsoft 365 Admin portals and Google Workspace admin portals * Proficient with computers (PC hardware, Windows/Mac) * Knowledge of basic networking (Windows Networking, file sharing, etc.) * Able to troubleshoot Windows network connectivity issues * Able to troubleshoot Office, Adobe, Windows, Chrome error messages * Able to troubleshoot software backup issues, network outages and software security alerts * Able to multi task and handle deadlines with ease * Must be highly organized and detail oriented * Very customer service oriented and can adapt easily to different personalities and environments * Ability to maintain highly accurate job logs * Self-starter, able to work independently, flexible attitude * Excellent phone skills & written communications, The most important skill needed is a good attitude and customer service skills. Someone who is methodical, logical and above all will keep the client's best interest in mind. This is a customer facing position and requires good communication skills with a professional attitude. You must be able to deal with varied personalities and technical skill levels while maintaining a professional demeanor., * Bachelor's (Required), * Google Workspace: 1 year (Required) * Server management: 1 year (Required) * Microsoft 365: 1 year (Required) * Technical Support: 1 year (Required) * Computer networking: 1 year (Required) * Customer Service: 4 years (Required) ## Description * Responsible for monitoring of network outages, endpoint resource utilization (CPU, Memory, Storage) and critical endpoint services. * Responsible for initiating communication with clients when network outages occur. * Responsible for monitoring and remediation of backup jobs across client sites. SOC: * Responsible for monitoring endpoint security software status. Includes diagnosis and remediation of software installations when necessary. * Review incoming security alerts from multiple channels and identify when intervention is required. Responsible for reaching out to clients where necessary to schedule access to devices to perform security remediation services. * Responsible for identifying potentially malicious patterns that may require investigation. * Responsible for reviewing Identity access/sign in logs and following up with users when necessary.
