## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT OR 2 years of relevant experience
 * Two or more IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Security+, Network+, Fortinet NSE, etc.)
 * Comfortable driving a company vehicle for client visits (MVR check required)
 * Experience navigating Windows 10 environments and create/remove users.
 * Experience adding/editing users in Active Directory, changing passwords, and O365 administration
 * Understanding of basic networking concepts ( DHCP, DNS, Layer 2/3, etc.)
