## Description

Experienced Workday Functional Consultant supporting L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across HCM modules. Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide L2/L3 support: incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution

 * Deliver enhancements: configure business processes, security, validations, calculated fields

 * Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation

 * Manage releases: impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support

 * Support integrations & data validation with technical teams

 * Build reports/dashboards ensuring data integrity and access control

 * Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors; drive issue resolution and improvements

 * Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance compliance
