## Description

The Analytics Manager supports financial and operational decision-making by leading a team dedicated to data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. This position bridges the gap between data science and business strategy, working closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to drive organizational growth, manage departmental budgets, and maintain strict data privacy and compliance standards., * Team Leadership & People Management: Select, train, supervise, and mentor direct reports. Maintain high-performance standards through regular coaching, evaluations, and professional development initiatives.

 * Strategic & Financial Support: Partner with the CFO on budget variance analysis, financial tracking, and forecasting. Collaborate with leadership to align monthly/quarterly business goals and mitigate performance gaps.
 * Data Analytics & Insights: Oversee detailed data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
 * Dashboards & Reporting: Oversee the design and deployment of interactive dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities. Prepare and deliver performance presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
 * Data Integrity & Compliance: Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data across multiple systems. Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with company privacy programs and regulatory requirements.
