In this position, the technician ensures that every aspect of assembly meets the established quality standards set by the organization. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of quality specifications are required to maintain consistent product integrity. Additionally, the technician is expected to achieve production quotas while adhering to predefined efficiency benchmarks. Meeting these expectations is crucial for maintaining workflow and supporting the company's operational goals. During all assigned responsibilities, the technician must uphold a strong commitment to workplace safety.
