## About the Role

We are seeking a BMS Applications Engineer with 4+ years of Building Automation (BAS/BMS) experience to design, program, and support HVAC control systems for commercial buildings., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics

 * 4+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls experience
 * Experience with DDC programming, BACnet, and Modbus
 * Knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems
 * AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency
 * Automated Logic WebCTRL experience is a strong plus

## Description

* Design and program BMS/BAS systems and controller logic
 * Develop graphics, databases, and sequences of operation
 * Integrate BACnet, Modbus, and Ethernet-based control systems
 * Prepare submittals, AutoCAD drawings, and as-built documentation
 * Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and field startup
 * Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consulting engineers
