The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in commercial contracting within the healthcare or healthcare technology space, providing business-oriented guidance on agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and BAAs, while ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements, including PHI, AI, and Tech. Basic Requirements for the In-House Healthcare IT Contracts Attorney:

 * 5+ years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracting in healthcare, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry
 * Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-volume agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
 * Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, with a strong understanding of PHI handling, data privacy, and security considerations
 * Familiarity with the interconnection of IT contracts with HIPPA
 * J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
