## Description

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Can you build relationships, hold people accountable, solve problems on the fly, and keep operations running smoothly?

We're looking for an Onsite Supervisor who can serve as the bridge between our employees and our customer, ensuring productivity, communication, attendance, and overall workforce success.

What You'll Do

 * Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and client management.
 * Manage attendance, call-offs, and employee scheduling.
 * Conduct employee check-ins, coaching conversations, and performance discussions.
 * Assist with onboarding, orientations, and new hire introductions.
 * Monitor workforce performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Address employee concerns professionally and promptly.
 * Partner with warehouse leadership to anticipate staffing needs and provide workforce solutions.
 * Track and maintain accurate employee records and reporting.
 * Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
 * Assist with recruiting efforts when needed to ensure staffing levels are met.
 * Be ready to adapt to changing priorities and business demands., You understand that successful staffing is about more than filling positions-it's about building relationships, supporting employees, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
