A stable financial services organization in the Greater Cleveland area is looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst who enjoys finding problems before customers do., * 3+ years of software QA experience

 * Strong manual testing experience
 * Experience creating test cases from scratch
 * Strong SQL skills for backend data validation
 * Azure DevOps experience
 * Agile/Scrum experience
 * Excellent communication skills

Preferred

 * Windows Forms or web application testing
 * Test automation exposure (C#, NUnit, or similar)
 * Visio or process documentation
 * Black box, grey box, or white box testing

## Description

* You must currently live in Northeast Ohio or already have firm plans to relocate before your start date.
 * This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite work in the Greater Cleveland area.
 * Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship (including H-1B transfers) cannot be considered.
 * No Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or third-party submissions.

What You'll Do

 * Design and create manual test cases from business requirements and user stories
 * Execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, and data validation testing
 * Write SQL queries using joins, subqueries, and aggregates to validate application data
 * Document and manage defects in Azure DevOps through resolution
 * Work closely with developers, product owners, and business users throughout the SDLC
 * Participate in Agile sprint planning, testing, and release activities
 * Help improve QA processes and testing documentation
