No visa sponsorship available. ## Description We're seeking a Team Lead with strong .NET and JavaScript experience to lead delivery across client projects while mentoring developers and shaping technical direction. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll still be writing code, but you'll also be guiding architecture decisions, reviewing PRs, refining requirements, and helping your team move faster through smart use of modern AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, client collaboration, and raising the bar for engineering quality - without the bureaucracy of a large enterprise.
