The office location is in Washington, DC and is Metro and rail accessible. ## Description Connsci is seeking a Sr. SharePoint Online/Power Platform Administrator to work in support of one of our federal clients. This individual will provide senior-level administration, solution development, and governance support for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform within a Microsoft 365 GCC High shared tenant environment., SharePoint Online Administration: - Administer SharePoint Online as Site Collection Administrator - Manage site provisioning, hub alignment, permissions, and external sharing - Enforce governance and coordinate changes with tenant administrators Power Platform Administration: - Manage Power Platform environments, configurations, and connectors - Monitor usage, solutions, and risk indicators for compliance Governance & Controls: - Implement CoE-based governance practices - Oversee solution intake, maker enablement, and lifecycle tracking - Prevent shadow IT and solution sprawl Solution Design & Development: - Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder - Ensure accessibility (Section 508), compliance, and documentation Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): - Manage source control, pipelines, and environment promotion using Azure DevOps - Enforce versioning, change control, and deployment standards Security & Compliance: - Apply role-based access and least-privilege principles - Support audits, security reviews, and compliance efforts - Coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise stakeholders Operations & Support: - Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support - Deliver user training and maintain documentation (SOPs, knowledge base) - Continuously improve governance and support processes ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
