This role provides advanced technical, engineering, and advisory support to the Lead Systems Engineer in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the systems engineering framework for one of the Army's most strategic weapons programs. The Integrator will serve as the principal synchronizer across technical, acquisition, operational, and strategic stakeholders to ensure rapid execution of LRHW development and fielding efforts. Without centralized integration, schedule conflicts are unidentified, task response is inconsistent, functional/operational dependencies are overlooked, risks are not elevated to product leadership, communication with support agencies lapse, and leadership decision support is less predictable. The position is critical for achieving program objectives and transitioning from rapid fielding to sustainment.
