Here, you will make an impact by: * Driving system improvement initiatives, including upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and process optimization. * Evaluating existing and potential technical solutions in collaboration with others. * Leading projects to enhance and maintain systems that support regulatory compliance across the EHS, Product Stewardship, and Research and Development spaces. * Collaborating with compliance experts, business stakeholders, IT teams, and software vendors to develop, implement, and improve system solutions that meet evolving regulatory and operational needs. * Translating business and regulatory requirements into system enhancements, functional specifications, and implementation plans. * Mentoring and leading internal resources on projects and new technologies. * Managing stakeholder relationships and project communications to ensure alignment, visibility, and user readiness for system changes. * Gathering, prioritizing, and managing user requests related to system enhancements, functionality improvements, and compliance-driven changes. * Analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating corrective actions to maintain system reliability, performance, and usability. * Partnering with IT teams to support system integrations, data flows, testing, release activities, and long-term solution planning. * Supporting software enhancement and upgrade efforts in partnership with external vendors and internal technical teams. * Staying informed on industry best practices and trends in compliance systems, application support, and systems management to drive continuous improvement. * Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement., All US-based 3M full time employees will need to sign an employee agreement as a condition of employment with 3M.
