## Description

* Manage day-to-day network engineering operations, including standards, enhancements, patches, and operating procedures, to optimize availability, performance, security, and functionality.
 * Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of network systems, subsystems, and related resources supporting the firm's internal environment, including communications equipment and end-user connectivity.
 * Serve as the network Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership and direction for incident and problem management, change execution, and strategic initiatives.
 * Supervise assigned staff by setting priorities, coaching performance, ensuring documentation and compliance, and enforcing security and operational best practices.
