Desired Qualifications: * Strong customer focus with the ability to drive issues to resolution with sound judgment. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. * Experience developing or supporting automated test systems (ATE), including tools such as Python, LabVIEW, LabWindows / CVI, Visual Studio, or similar. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems across hardware, software, and firmware. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. * Experience mentoring or leading team members. * Positive, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. * Industry experience in test and measurement or related field. ## Description As Applications Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging our products, customers, and internal teams. You'll leverage deep product knowledge to evaluate, prioritize, and resolve technical and commercial inquiries, while helping customers successfully implement VTI solutions.
