## Description

Empath Health is seeking an Senior Network Engineer to design, implementation, optimization, and support of the organization's enterprise network infrastructure. This role serves as the primary technical expert for network technologies and is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of all network services., The Senior Network Engineer will take ownership of the network environment, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that enhance performance, resiliency, and security. In addition to technical responsibilities, this role serves as an escalation point for complex issues and provides guidance and mentorship to other IT staff., * Responsible for designing and maintaining the organization's network architecture. This includes local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless networks, and connections to cloud environments and external service providers.

 * Develops scalable and resilient network designs that support both current operations and future growth.
 * Responsible for implementing redundancy and failover mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations and works to eliminate single points of failure and ensure that critical systems remain accessible during outages or maintenance events.
